Friday Photo Favorites

"Those eyes," we all have wondered where she picked up this look. Then at Christmas GeeGee said something to Uncle Stephen (perhaps about the newly bacon-grease-christened ceiling) and it all became clear; some facial expressions are passed down just like curly hair.

Information on Drowning
As a parent of small children, I suspiciously view any body of water as I would an evil seducer.
Here's why:
1) Kids are curious
2) Water, of both standing and flowing varieties, is exceptionally intriguing, even for adults
3) The faculty of judgement, while burgeoning, is not developed in children to know when to stop
4) Small children cannot swim well, if at all
With this in mind and with summer upon us, I recognized how uneducated I was after reading this article about how drowning doesn't look like drowning.
