Paul Thomas has always been, well, squimish about, well, everything.
It took him forever to walk bear foot in grass. Don't even think about wet grass! Until recently sand and dirt were basically radioactive acid when on any body part. And ask Uncle Matty about flys...PT told him they can kill you.
This is PT at the rest stop on our way to visit our cousins.
What in the world has captured his fearful attention?
That would be a butterfly...they are awfully dangerous you know.
One day later and we meet the E's at a park where Peter finds a new friend, a little snake.
Yes that's as close of a shot you all will enjoy. I don't do snakes!
Well Peter proudly carried his new friend all around, much to my boys amazement.
At one point the snake was rescued from the water by the ever caring Isabelle, who stroked it and loved it because all creatures deserve love in the eyes of Isabelle.
After all this took place PT and Avery had new found admiration for their older cousins and took this admiration home to our back yard where PT found his very own friend.
Well, its no snake, but he's taking baby steps and a worm will do just find.
His new friend didn't last too long and, as I am not too thrilled about having worms brought to me for approval, I am thrilled that this little one is growing and stretching himself.
(I certainly would not have ever encouraged worm touching)
