Four perfect first Christmas ornaments handmade by our dear Great Grandma!

George is so happy to join the ornament club.

Oh how to get everyone to smile at the same time!?
Yes, I'm talking to you Sass-a-Frass.

Close enough!

Thank you Grandma Driver for the wonderful and lovingly made ornaments. They will grace our tree for years to come!

Manic Monday

Last Saturday this happened.

I wasn't there to get the whole story or even the first rides.  Sounded as if it just naturally happened, no big deal really. Just a Daddy and son doing their thing, with a very proud big brother to cheer him on.

Avery, as predicted, is faster and a bit more reckless than his cautious older brother.

Avery is head to toe, in and out all boy!

 A million more?!

All of our little ones are totally awesome in their own ways, however, George has proven to be the most idyllic baby. He's cuddly, happy, engaging, loves to laugh and adores his siblings.

The other day he joined the boys playing with cars, cranes and planes.

He was so intent on properly sliming the tractor.

And motorcycle.

Such fun.

Uh oh, what's that? You are tired.

That's okay, I can take care of it, myself.

Fingers in.

Tug the ear.

And down.

Yes just like that he is out, while the big kids continued their game.
Most naps are this easy.

Who wouldn't want a million more?!

 These two melt my heart.

She loves to hold George's hand.

He tries to grab her arm to chop on it.

Maybe Imitation Isn't the Best Form of Flattery

Last night, Poppy was in charge of dinner. I know, I know. You know it's going to be a great dinner experience when the bottle of wine costs more than all three frozen pizzas in the oven. PT was excited about pizza for dinner, but became very worried when the pizzas emerged as perfect circles.

Mammasita's pizzas are never perfect circles.

After one bite of a cheese slice, PT became very quiet. He sat back in his chair and it was clear that he wasn't going to eat anymore.

Mammasita's pizzas don't taste like that.

Usually, "no thank you" helpings are an important part of mealtime. Not so when the eldest child pays such a high compliment to his mother's cooking.

The wine was delicious.
